  • We encourage face-to-face visits for most issues, so that your provider can physically examine you and do any lab work necessary. Not all visits are appropriate for Telehealth appointments, however, we understand that patients may have safety concerns and might want a telehealth visit.   • Dr. Yi Sheng Kam is a Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service.

    Appointments can be made at any time for your medical examinations at Dr. Kam’s office. Please remember to bring in the following:

    • Passport

    • Proof of immunizations (if available)

    Please note that the full medical exam will take at least one hour and includes blood and urine tests.   Immunizations such as MMR, Tetanus and the seasonal Influenza vaccine are required. There is no need to come in fasting for the tests.
    Results and papers usually take 3 – 5 business days and need to be picked up from the office.
